Refund Policy

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at Cognite Lingual. Your placement of an order with Cognite Lingual constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

All courses offered at Cognite Lingual are non-refundable, unless specified otherwise. Exceptions to this policy may be made subject to formal requests.

To apply for refund, please email at support@cognitelingual.com along with the reason. The refund, and any amount (full/partial) thereof, is the sole discretion of the administration.

In case the course is cancelled by the instructor, full refunds will be made.

Refunds will be made to the account from which the fees were originally received.

Please allow one billing cycle for the refunds to be processed.
